Soundsearch Records

My favourite shop by far was Soundsearch Records, 14 George Street.The owner was John Hillel and his assistant was Dennis Matthews. They predominantly sold second hand 7" singles and LP's from the 60s,70s & 80s. Everything was always in Mint or Near Mint condition. They also had a 'bargain bin' for anything that wasn't quite in mint condition. Over the years I must have bought hundreds of 7" singles out of the bargain bin for 25 pence a copy!
