There was a shop by this name in Gt Victoria street in the late 70s. It was upstairs of a building next door to the bank which was at the junction of Gt Victoria street & Dublin road. I went once, and it seemed to be somebody's living room.

I found this advert in the 'Belfast Telegraph' dated 24th September 1954:
“ATLANTIC RECORDS The Shop for JAZZ Records you CAN'T obtain elsewhere as well as those you can obtain elsewhere. 69 HIGH STREET, BELFAST.”
... and this in the 17th March 1957 edition:
“Jazz and Classical Long-playing Records in MINT condition BOUGHT, SOLD and EXCHANGED at the Shop that pioneered the Used L.P. business. GUARANTEED HIGHEST PRICES PAID. ATLANTIC RECORDS, 69 HIGH STREET, BELFAST.”
