Bought my first copy of "Innervisions" there the Saturday after Christmas in '74. Think I got "Focus at the Rainbow" there too. Virgin in Cov by the birdcage was the place to buy records back then. An album was normally £2-19 but only £1-80 in Virgin back then, which was quite a saving when you were still at school. Discotrak was a cool shop though for a small town like Kenilworth. As far as I can remember the only alternatives were Woolies and the electrical shop on Warwick Road on the corner with Queens Road.
