I found this notice in 'The Stage' dated 3rd February 1949: “THEATRICAL EMPLOYERS REGISTRATION ACTS, 1935-1938. Notice is hereby given that FARLEY RADIO SERVICE, LTD., whose registered office is at 23, Thomas Street, S.E.18, intend to apply to the County Council of London for registration under the above-named Acts. Dated January 20, 1949.”
