I found this advert in the ‘Diss Express’ dated 5th November 1965: “TOP POPS - Choose your records from the large selection at G. A. HUBBARD LTD., 1, MAVERY HOUSE, VICTORIA ROAD, DISS. Phone: DISS 2770.”

I found these addresses in the 'Lynn Advertiser' dated 3rd August 1971:
“G. A. HUBBARD LTD., 9 MARKET PLACE, SWAFFHAM. Tel. 21528/21438. HIGH STREET, DOWNHAM MARKET. Tel. 3218. BRANCHES THROUGHOUT EAST ANGLIA.”
... and this piece in the 'Diss Express' dated 21st April 1972: “G. A. Hubbard Ltd. - Geoffrey R. Brame, who was one of the early pioneers in the field of radio, started this business in 1926, making and selling battery radio receivers. He also had one of the largest battery charging rounds in South Norfolk. The business grew through the years until in 1963 Geoffrey Brame died tragically while on a holiday cruise. The firm was then taken over by Mr. E. O. Baldwin, a well known local businessman. Over the last few years, due to the increase in demand for colour and monochrome television receivers, business has grown considerably. In January, Mr. W. E. Mills, who has been with Ekco Radio and Television for 31 years, was made general manager and responsible for the recent streamlining of the firm. Additional staff has been recruited and the service department has been re-modelled so that quicker, and the best possible, after-sales service can be given. G. A. Hubbard Ltd., are well known throughout Norfolk and Suffolk primarily as television rental specialists, operating a first class television rental service from a steadily expanding organization. Of the 14 branches operating television rental throughout East Anglia, 12 also display the full range of electrical domestic appliances, offering sales at competitive prices, backed by skilled after-sales service second to none.”
