Yes I remember working for them when they sadly went bankrupt. It was 1991 and a difficult situation for all employees at the time as you would expect. Some months later the shop reopened as “Modern Music” who were a company based in Reading. I worked for them for a few months but teaching music became my passion and has been ever since! It is a real shame we don’t still have a music shop in the town!
