I remember going to Jay Gees records on Choumert Road in the early 90s as I was deejaying on a pirate station and they had all the Greensleeves Jungle/Ragga releases hot off the press. The owner was a really nice bloke. Not overly chatty and very knowledgeable. I'd buy about seven or eight 12's a fortnight then pick up some Bigga Fruit Punch from the bakery on Bellenden Road with a cheese and bun.
