I found this piece in the 'Runcorn Weekly News' dated 21st March 1963: “Record bar - Kenricks have probably the largest selection of television, radio and electrical domestic appliances In the area and in addition, have a record bar catering for all tastes from 'pop' to classics. The Record Bar, introduced some months ago, has proved an enormous success and has undoubtedly filled a long-felt want in the town. Practically every make of record is available.”
