History of 89 London Road, Croydon This branch was there in the 1960s-1970s.
Dave Harwood: “I first became aware that Ketts, at 89 London Road, Croydon, sold records when I noticed a carousel rack of LPs outside while walking past the shop. I bought a stereo copy of ‘The Seven Ages Of Man’ by Stan Tracey, which dates my visit to 1970 or later. The building that housed Ketts was set back slightly from the other shops in London Road, so you could easily pass it by.” ( March 22, 2016)
