Comment: Hi, I worked in Rackmans Birmingham from 1972 until 1973 when I moved to London to work in HMV Oxford Street. I returned in 1976 and opened my own shop called Mere Green Records & Tapes in Mere Green, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield. We stayed open specialising in all music until 2008. 32 years wasn't bad.
