Oxley's

A great little record shop on Church Street in Malvern run by a very friendly blonde lady whose name I unfortunately forget. There were 3 or 4 booths that you could listen to individual records in.

I found this classified advert in the 'Evesham Standard & West Midland Observer' dated 15th April 1955: “YOUNG Lady, junior, wanted for office and willing to assist in gramophone record department. - Apply: Oxley's Music Shop. 18, Church St., Malvern.”
