Owned by Dave Milton this shop is surely now part of record selling folklore. Certainly an early one 1973/74??

After a Night at Cinatras Disco I went to buy Kool and the Gang Greatest Hits, I was even happier when R E Cords opened in Burton, Ah the Past was good if you had money. Comment: Simon Collyer.

I found this advert in the 'Derby Daily Telegraph' dated 28th December 1987:
“DISCOUNT CHART ALBUMS AT R.E.CORDS (Secondhand Shop), SADLER GATE. Records/Tapes/CD's bought for cash. 8-9 SADLERGATE, DERBY. 42715.”
