Comment: This shop had become Sound and Vision by the time I moved to Leytonstone in 1989, although customers were still asked to make cheques payable to 'S Gold'. By the early 1990s, it had relatively little vinyl and was mostly focused on selling CDs, videos and console games. I think it closed in the early noughties and last time I was down there the premises were in use as a bodybuilding/gym equipment shop.
