Stereo-Electronics Co. Ltd.” which was located near Kentish Town station at 326 Kentish Town Road NW5 between 1970 and 1975-ish?
It was one of those ubiquitous mixed-hi-fi dealer/record shops and handled the odd cut-outs and imports. Remember passing it in my dad’s car but only went in a couple of times. Rick Conrad (2018)
Hi, this was my local record shop. I was always in there from 1971 on. It was certainly still trading 77-78 and probably for a little after.

I first went in there in early 1976, and it was certainly still there in '78/'79.
Single albums were mostly £2.65 in '76, with doubles at £4.65.
This was a big deal for a 12/13 year old, as I had to scrabble together enough change to buy a record, so compared to other shops where the standard price was £2.95/£4.95, it meant I could get the goodies quicker from Stereo Electronics.
