I found this in the 'Woolwich Herald' dated 12th July 1929: “CLOSING DOWN SALE AT WHITE'S, 111-113, NEW CROSS RD. The Entire Stock of Drapery and other Goods has been purchased by WALLACE GRAMOPHONE DEALER of 104, NEW CROSS ROAD.”
