Am adding Libraries' as they did sell off records. For those of us who lacked funds back in the day, a library was the place to gain music knowledge. This is a great piece of ephemera showing the history of a record lent. Also what is interesting is this record was also part of London Audio Specialisation Scheme GLASS.

​It is now resting in a private collection purchased 2021 in a charity shop.

I found this piece in the 'Streatham News' dated 27th April 1962: “NEW BOOKS: New books for Wandsworth's public libraries will cost £10,000. And £250 is to be spent on gramophone records.”
