In ( I think 1975 ) I bought my original copy of combine harvester by the wurzels at the Darlington WHSmiths ( from memory my fist self bought record ) when we were in England for a holiday aged 11
When we moved back to the UK in 1977 I quickly found out there were much cooler places to buy records
WHSmiths, as far as I can remember, was mostly where you went to shoplift copies of NME ( and occasionally Sounds if it has an article on the Jam )
