Name: Leon Parker
Comment: About 1974-75 I became a fan of Climax Blues Band, the small half shop in Notting Hill Gate added the LP Richman to my collection at a price of 40p. In 1976 on my frequent shop visits the F section was crammed with Peter Frampton Comes Alive LPs.

Name: David Whidborne
Comment: Used to go to the Shepherds Bush shop and the Notting Hill shop. Nearly flattened Roger Taylor from Queen as I only had one hour on the meter and was rushing around a corner to get to the shop. Nearly knocked him over. Always popped into their musical instruments shop further up as well.

Q. IS there a record available by Red Sovine called Teddy Bear? Mrs Auld, Aberdeen.
A. This album was released in 1980 but is no longer available. You may wish to contact the Record & Tape Exchange, 38 Nottinghill Gate, London, W.11. Tel: 0171 243 8573. It tries to find copies of records, tapes and such which have been deleted.
